ōṁkārajaparatānāmōṁkārārthaṁ mudā vivr̥ṇvānam |
ōjaḥpradaṁ natēbhyastamahaṁ praṇamāmi candramaulīśam || 1 ||

namrasurāsuranikaraṁ nalināhaṅkārahāripadayugalam |
namadiṣṭadānadhīraṁ satataṁ praṇamāmi candramaulīśam || 2 ||

mananādyatpadayōḥ khalu mahatīṁ siddhiṁ javātprapadyantē |
mandētaralakṣmīpradamaniśaṁ praṇamāmi candramaulīśam || 3 ||

śitikaṇṭhamindudinakaraśucilōcanamambujākṣavidhisēvyam |
natamatidānadhurīṇaṁ satataṁ praṇamāmi candramaulīśam || 4 ||

vācō vinivartantē yasmādaprāpya saha hr̥daivēti |
gīyantē śrutitatibhistamahaṁ praṇamāmi candramaulīśam || 5 ||

yacchanti yatpadāmbujabhaktāḥ kutukātsvabhaktēbhyaḥ |
sarvānapi puruṣārthāṁstamahaṁ praṇamāmi candramaulīśam || 6 ||

pañcākṣaramanuvarṇairādau kluptāṁ stutiṁ paṭhannēnām |
prāpya dr̥ḍhāṁ śivabhaktiṁ bhuktvā bhōgām̐llabhēta muktimapi || 7 ||

iti śrīsaccidānanda śivābhinava nr̥siṁhabhāratī svāmibhiḥ viracitaṁ śrī candramaulīśa stōtram ||

Meaning

The Sri Chandramouleshwara Stotram is a hymn of praise to Lord Shiva, particularly to his manifestation as Chandramouleshwara, meaning "one with the moon on his head."
